ADMH presented their proposed FY2024 rates today at the DD Coordinating Sub-Committee/DD Rate Study Work group meeting.

ASPA asked if they had established an Exceptional Rate process for individuals needing specialized staffing for medical/behavioral needs. Associate Commissioner Sawyer said as of now, they have not, but will follow-up with HMA on this.

We also requested the rate methodology for the Personal Care/Companion Care/Respite service rates since they did not adopt the HMA Model for those. ASPA President, DeAnna Ferguson, has been assigned to a workgroup to review these.
